By downloading or using Fomo Calc ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What the app is

Fomo Calc is an entertainment and educational calculator. It applies historical market prices and dividend history to a hypothetical investment you describe, and shows what that investment would have been worth.

Fomo Calc is not financial advice. It is not a brokerage, a robo-adviser or a registered investment adviser, and nothing it displays is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Past performance does not predict future results. Every figure the app shows is hypothetical and ignores taxes, trading commissions, bid-ask spreads, currency effects, and the practical reality that you could not necessarily have traded at the historical prices shown. Do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making any investment decision.

2. Accuracy of market data

Market data comes from third parties: Coinbase Exchange, Yahoo Finance and Stooq. It may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted differently than you expect, or simply wrong. Corporate actions such as splits, spinoffs and special dividends may not be modelled exactly. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any figure the app displays, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it.

3. Price

Fomo Calc is free. It has no in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer the app, scrape or redistribute market data obtained through the app, or use the app in violation of any applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its name, its design and its content are owned by gwig and protected by copyright. These terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, consistent with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that market data will remain available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gwig is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any investment loss, lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of the app.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes will be posted at this address with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the new terms.

9. Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
